Product Description |
| A true visual delight. Primula Flowering Teas are hand sewn by artisans in China. The finest AA Grade white tea leaves area wrapped around all natural flowers to create an encapsulated pod. Simply place the tea pod in the bottom of the tea pot or mug. Pour boiling water over the tea pod. As the tea steeps the pod will unfurl into a colorful flower. A clear, glass tea pot is recommended to fully enjoy the stunning, floral display. however, the tea flower works just as well in your favorite mug. This unique, specially chosen blend of white tea with peach is the same for all 12 flowers included. The flower for each bloom is different and will create a different visual experience each time. Primula tea flowers are individually foil sealed with a 2-1/2-year shelf life. Each tea flower will steep 3 times and makes 15 cups of tea. Each Tea flower can be stored in the covered teapot or a plastic container, and kept in the refrigerator until you want to re-steep it one or two more times. |

A wonderful Mild Tea - good hot or cold ...

I've begun using these flowering teas after purchasing the Primula Flowering Tea Set with 40-Ounce Pot, 6 Flowering Teas, Loose Tea Variety Pack. This is the second one I've tried, and for flavor, so far this is my favorite. Each of the flowers is in a sealed foil pouch, so they remain fresh for a long time. I was impressed that each one had a "best if used by" date.
The flavor of this variety has a hint of jasmine (but just the tiniest hint) and a very light taste of peach as well. Since it is a white tea, there is a minimum amount of caffeine. Each flower makes a full 40 ounces (and can be re-used). I drink it alone, so I ended up refrigerating the remainder. It tasted wonderful the next day as an iced tea. Often, flavored teas have an aftertaste, but this did not! I enjoy my tea with a touch of sweetener, and I did add it to this tea.
The flowers vary, some are more beautiful than others, but they are all enjoyable. In this package, even at full price, each blossom is very reasonable and and fills an entire teapot (not just a cup), so I will not be reusing them unless I am making a larger amount for a group. The flowers do tend to "fall apart" if reused. .
If you do not want to purchase a special glass tea pot,a clear coffeemaker carafe can be a very nice way to allow the flower to fully open so that you can enjoy both the beauty and the tea. |

Most Fragrant and beautiful tea I've had

| The first time I've seen this tea on TV I thought it was beautiful! Then I bought it and to my honest surprise it doesn't only look beautiful but it tastes amazing! The flavor, the smell, everything about it is great. It comes in a small vacuum package with each tea ball individually. Price is also acceptable. Overall, it is absolutely a great buy and I would recommend it. |

I purchased this with a clear teapot as a gift for a friend in another state. She had never seen a
tea flower and has called me several times since receiving it. She can't praise it enough. It was ordered on March 7 and she recieved it on the 11th. I was so surprised at the speed in which it was delivered. Thank you for making such a memorable gift for both my friend and myself. |
